Presleys Outdoors Giveaway Contest Rules 1. Eligibility Open to U.S. residents 18 or older. Winner must be legally permitted to possess a firearm and take possession of ammunition in the state of Missouri at the time of the hunt. Employees of Presleys Outdoors, its affiliates, vendors, and immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. 2. Agreement to Rules By entering, you agree to these rules and Presleys Outdoors’ decisions, which are final and binding. 3. Giveaway Period Entries accepted from 12:01am CST on June 25, 2026 through 11:59pm CST on August 31, 2026. 4. How to Enter Enter via the online form at presleyspromo.com. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified. 5. Prize One winner will receive a 3-day hunting trip to Habitat Flats in Sumner, Missouri. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged, refunded, or substituted. Habitat Flats, LLC is not affiliated with or responsible for this promotion. If the winner’s primary residence is located more than 200 miles from Habitat Flats in Sumner, Missouri, as determined by Google Maps, Presleys Outdoors will reimburse up to $1,500 in airline travel expenses. Proof of purchase must be submitted to Presleys Outdoors, LLC for reimbursement. No travel reimbursement will be provided for winners residing within 200 miles of Habitat Flats. Winner must be legally eligible to possess firearms and ammunition in Missouri at the time of the hunt. All other expenses, including meals, gear, incidentals, and applicable taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 6. Odds Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 7. Winner Selection and Notification Winner will be selected via random drawing and notified by email within 5 days. Winner must respond within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected. Notification will be sent only to the email address provided on the entry form. Presleys Outdoors is not liable for missed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect email, or technical errors. 8. Rights Granted by Entrants By entering, you grant Presleys Outdoors the right to use your name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without compensation or further consent, unless prohibited by law. 9. Limitations of Liability Presleys Outdoors, Habitat Flats, LLC, and associated vendors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries; technical failures; or any other errors or malfunctions. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Presleys Outdoors and its agents from any claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize. 10.
