Presleys Outdoors Giveaway Contest Rules The Can-Am UTV Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Kelly Presley, LLC d/b/a Presleys Outdoors, Bartonville, Illinois (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway begins July 27, 2026 and ends August 31, 2026. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. To enter, register in store. Limit one entry per person. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The prize is one 2025 CAN-AM UTV, with an approximate retail value of $16,500. Prize is awarded as-is, without warranty from Sponsor, and may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s discretion. The potential winner will be notified by email and must acknowledge receipt of the notification within seven calendar days. Failure to respond within that period, inability to verify eligibility, or failure to complete any required affidavit, release, IRS Form W-9 or other documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and expenses associated with accepting, owning and using the prize, including, without limitation, income tax, sales or use tax, title, registration, licensing, insurance, transportation and pickup costs. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize’s fair market value. By entering, participants agree to these rules, Sponsor’s decisions, and the release of Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from claims arising from participation or acceptance and use of the prize, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect its integrity. Illinois law governs the Giveaway.
